This is my 1st BMR, really looking forward to the event. My goal is to be a finisher. I live in NW Arkansas, I am blessed with some of the best motorcycle roads known to man! (that’s dramatic) I have been riding for 40 years, consider myself a Sport Touring Enthusiast. Happily married to my fantastic Pillion. Proud father of 3. I Ride a 19 Kawasaki Versys 1000LTSE known as orca. looking forward to participating and meeting new riders. Ride Safe Everyone! Let’s Ride!
Have rode motorcycles since age 5 started on MX even won the Husky World Championships then found LD riding have been hooked ever since!
Greetings and happy new year from Tallahassee. This is the third BMR for ole Smokey any myself. we have been having a blast the past couple of years and we are sure this year will be just as fun.
Gene here returning for my third year of the BMR. Riding a Road Glide Ultra during my BMR adventures that start in Florida where I live, work and play. Looking forward to visiting new and exciting sites. Ride safe, Ride far and Ride always!
Howdy and Happy New Year from Texas. Paul Slaton here, back for more groovy moto fun in 2020. Not getting in as much riding these days as I would prefer which is one of the reasons I love this rally so much. It gets us out on the road when we wouldn’t otherwise. Love the event, love the boni, but most of all, I absolutely love the people. Be safe, ride far, and thanks so much to the rock stars who make this possible.
Greetings from the Beautiful Blackhills. We are so excited to be a part of another BMR. This will be our tenth year and we also did a BMRX.we are retired now and have more opportunity to get more riding in (weather permitting). Everyone enjoy this fantastic rally. Be SAFE.
My name is Ken Schleman, and we live in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. We’ve been a part of the BMR for 9BMR and one BMRX. I am retired and enjoying every bit of it(sometimes the winter can be a bummer). However, our motorcycling roads are amazing. Not many can say they can get out and ride and for 59-60 miles never see another vehicle on the road. When I’m not riding in the summer time I pass my winter days turning bowls.
Shane Glynn here, back for a second year of BMR and hoping for a Silver finish this year. Still a lawyer, still riding a KTM, still based in California.
Hey, Eric here. This my 4th or 5th BMR. It is always so much fun to ride to out of the way places in the middle of no where to grab a bonus. I’m looking forward to watching the leaderboard each day!
Angelo Patacca here. Riding from Northeast Florida on a 2015 BMW GSA. This is my 6th BMR. Ride safe and have fun
I forgot the bio! Ken C #349 checking in from SoCal. I’m a multi year participant of the BMR with the goal to make finisher this year. Ride safe , have fun, and see you on the road
This is my 6th BMR(x) event and I hope to make it into the silver or gold leveled this year. Bonus points have to fit in between work and Scuba diving classes though so it is difficult at times. Right now the bike is broken so it will be FEB before I pickup any additional bonus points
Returning rider, IBA #516, retired Navy, engineer. Long distance rider. Glad to be riding the BMR again this year! Hope to see some other BMR riders on the road this year.
Ok let’s try this again. For some reason I could not find the spot to type in the email for the selfie one. So I am doing this old school by manually sending it. Anyways what to say about me. Let’s say I am in my thirties (whispering under my breath “mentally”) and I have been riding for 13 years and rallying for six.
I hail from So Cal, been doing BMR since inception. I’ll probably get a late start this year (again) but I’ll be happy!
